ORDERED, That the Commissioner of Transportation is hereby authorized and directed to give consideration to the establishment of a residential permit parking zone in the     1950 - 2000 (alley to Jeffery) block of East 86^th St.        on both sides of the street. Sunday thru Saturday, at all times.
