ORDINANCE

 

BE IT ORDAINED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF CHICAGO:

 

SECTION 1. That the Chicago Zoning Ordinance be amended by designating with the appropriate symbols and indications that segment of the West Morse Avenue right-of-way on Map No. 17-G in the area bounded by

 

the centerline of North Ashland Avenue on the west and centerline of the alley next west of and parallel to North Lakewood Avenue on the east,

 

as a Pedestrian Street.

 

SECTION 2. That the Chicago Zoning Ordinance be amended by designating with the appropriate symbols and indications that segment of the North Glenwood Avenue (west) right-of-way on Map No. 17-G in the area bounded by

the centerline of the alley next north of and parallel to West Lunt Avenue on the north and the centerline of West Farwell Avenue on the south,

 

as a Pedestrian Street.

 

SECTION 3. That section 17-3-503-D the Chicago Zoning Ordinance be amended by inserting the underscored language as follows:

 

17-3-0503-D [Pedestrian Streets and Pedestrian Retail Streets.]
