ORDERED, That the Commissioner of Transportation is hereby authorized and directed to give consideration to the establishment of a residential permit parking zone in the     4400     block of      South Komenskv Avenue, from 4401 to 4459 South Komenskv Avenue .    on both sides of the street ,  Sunday thru Saturday, at all times.
