Be It Ordained by the City Council of the City of Chicago:

SECTION 1. Pursuant to Title 9, Chapter 64, Section 080 of the Municipal Code of Chicago, the following is a proposed ordinance to amend an ordinance passed October 31, 2012 C.J.P. 38240

RECOMMENDED TO READ:

AMEND ORDINANCE PASSED 10/31/12 CJP 38240 which reads: W. Belmont from Halsted to Clark (North side Only) No Parking Tow Zone, Saturday, Sunday and Monday, April 1^st to September 30^th Only 12:00 am to 4:00 am

By Striking No Parking Town Zone

AND Inserting in lieu therof: No Parking/No Stopping/No Standing/Tow Zone
