Be It Ordained by the City Council of the City of Chicago:
SECTION 1. Permission and authority are hereby given and granted to CRUZ BLANCA AND LENA BRAVA, upon the terms and subject to the conditions of this ordinance to construct, install, maintain and use six (6) Awning(s) projecting over the public right-of-way adjacent to its premises known as 900 W Randolph St
Said Awning(s) at W. Randolph Street measure(s):
One (1) at twenty point five eight (20.58) feet in length, and five point eight three (5.83) feet in width for a total of one hundred nineteen point nine eight (119.98) square feet.
One (1) at twenty point five (20.5) feet in length, and five point eight three (5.83) feet in width for a total of one hundred nineteen point five two (119.52) square feet.
One (1) at seventeen point seven five (17.75) feet in length, and five point eight three (5.83) feet in width for a total of one hundred three point four eight (103 48) square feet.
One (1) at seventeen (17) feet in length, and five point eight three (5.83) feet in width for a total of ninety-nine point one one (99.11) square feet.
One (1) at fifteen point seven five (15.75) feet in length, and five point eight three (5.83) feet in width for a total of ninety-one point eight two (91.82) square feet
One (1) at ten point six seven (10.67) feet in length, and five point eight three (5.83) feet in width for a total of sixty-two point two one (62.21) square feet
The location of said privilege shall be as shown on prints kept on file with the Department of Business Affairs and Consumer Protection and the Office of the City Clerk.
Said privilege shall be constructed in accordance with plans and specifications approved by the Zoning Department -Signs
This grant of privilege in the public way shall be subject to the provisions of Section 10-28-015 and all other required provisions of the Municipal Code of Chicago.
