Be It Ordained by the City Council of the City of Chicago.
SECTION 1. Permission and authority are hereby given and granted to SIR CHICAGO LLC, upon the terms and subject to the conditions of this ordinance to maintain and use, as now constructed, fifteen (15) Facade(s) projecting over the public right-of-way adjacent to its premises known as 400 S. Jefferson St
Said Facade(s) at S. Jefferson Street measure(s):
Nine (9) at one hundred sixty-two (162) feet in length, and point four two (.42) feet in width for a total of six hundred twelve point three six (612.36) square feet.
Said Facade(s) at W Van Buren Street measure(s):
One (1) at eighty-five point five (85.5) feet in length, and four point three three (4.33) feet in width for a total of three hundred seventy point two two (370.22) square feet.
Said Facade(s) at W. Tilden Street measure(s):
Five (5) at forty point five eight (40.58) feet in length, and four point three three (4.33) feet in width for a total of eight hundred seventy-eight point five six (878.56) square feet.
The location of said privilege shall be as shown on prints kept on file with the Department of Business Affairs and Consumer Protection and the Office of the City Clerk.
Said privilege shall be constructed in accordance with plans and specifications approved by the Department of Planning and Development and Department of Transportation (Division of Project Development).
This grant of privilege in the public way shall be subject to the provisions of Section 10-28-015 and all other required provisions of the Municipal Code of Chicago.
The grantee shall pay to the City of Chicago as compensation for the privilege #1131802 herein granted the sum of three thousand three hundred thirteen ($3,313.00) per annum in advance.
A 25% penalty will be added for payments received after due date
Authority herein given and granted for a period of five (5) years from and after 04/18/2017.
