ORDINANCE


BE IT ORDAINED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF CHICAGO:


SECTION 1. That Title 17 of the Municipal Code of the City of Chicago, the Chicago Zoning Ordinance, be amended by changing all of the B3-2, Community Shopping District and RT4, Residential Two-Flat, Townhouse and Multi-Unit District symbols and indications as shown on Map No. 4-J in the area bounded by:

a line 100 feet north of and parallel to West 16th Street; South Avers Avenue; West 16' Street; and South Springfield Avenue

to those of a POS-2, Neighborhood Park, Mini-Park or Playlot District.


SECTION 2. This ordinance shall be in force and effect from and after its passage and due publication.
