SUBSTITUTE ORDINANCE

BE IT ORDAINED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF CHICAGO:

SECTION 1. Title 17 of the Municipal Code of Chicago, the Chicago Zoning Ordinance, is hereby amended by changing all the current RT-4 Residential Two-Flat, Townhouse and Multi- Unit District symbols and indications as shown on Map No. 3-H in the area bounded by:

A line 262.30 feet north of North Milwaukee Avenue as measured along the west line of North Wood Street and perpendicular thereto; North Wood Street; a line 212.30 feet north of North Milwaukee Avenue as measured along the west line of North Wood Street and perpendicular thereto; a line beginning at a point 82.2 feet west of North Wood Street as measured along last said line running northwesterly for a distance of 55.34 feet to a point 105.76 feet west of North Wood Street

to those of a RM-5 Residential Multi-Unit District.

SECTION 2. This Ordinance shall be in force and effect from and after its passage and due publication.
