LOADING ZONES

 

 

BE IT ORDAINED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF CHICAGO:

 

 

SECTION 1.  Pursuant to Title 9, Chapter 64, Section 160, of the Municipal Code of Chicago, the following locations are hereby designated as Loading Zones for the distances specified, during the hours specified:

 

WARD                     LOADING ZONES / STANDING ZONES:

25                     South Morgan Street (east side) from a point 210 feet north of West 21st Street to a

point 30 feet north thereof; Disabled Loading Zone, Tow Zone, All Times, All Days --(18-00517570) [02018-1077]

27                     1527 North Wells Street (east side) from a point 190 feet north of West Burton Place to

a point 40 feet north thereof, No Parking Loading Zone, 7:00am to 2:00am, All Days [02018-2289]

 

44                     3705-3707 North Southport Avenue (east side) from a point 58 feet north of West

Waveland Avenue to a point 20 feet north thereof; 15 Minute Standing Zone, Use Flashing Lights, 10:00am to 11:00pm, All Days - (18-00531776) [02018-72]

SECTION 2. This ordinance shall take effect and be in force here in after its passage and publication.

Your Committee on Pedestrian and Traffic Safety, to which were referred ordinance(s) and/or order(s) to establish and/or amend Loading Zones / Standing Zones on portions of sundry streets, begs leave to recommend that Your Honorable Body DO PASS the proposed substitute ordinance(s) and/or order(s) submitted herewith.

This recommendation was concurred in by all members of the Committee present, with no dissenting votes.
