TRAFFIC LANE - TOW ZONES

 

 

BE IT ORDAINED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF CHICAGO:

 

 

SECTION 1.   Pursuant to Title 9, Chapter 64, of the Municipal Code of Chicago, the following locations are hereby designated as Traffic Lane - Tow Zones, between the limits and during the times specified, standing or parking of any vehicle shall be considered a definite hazard to the normal movement of traffic:

 

 

WARD                     TOW ZONES:

35                     North Spaulding Avenue (east and west sides) from West Addison Street to the Cul De

Sac south thereof; No Parking Tow Zone, 12:00am to 5:00am, Sunday to Monday [02018-1035]

42                     161 East Huron Street (south side) from North St. Clair Street to a point 140 feet west

thereof; No Parking, No Stopping, No Standing - (17-04742747) [02017-4185]

 

44                     West Addison Street (north side) from North Clark Street to a point 251 feet west

thereof; No Stopping, No Standing; No Parking Tow Zone, All Times, All Days, Public Benefit - (18-00530074) [02018-71]

44                     West Patterson Avenue (north and south sides) from North Clark Street to the first

alley west thereof; No Stopping, No Standing, No Parking Tow Zone, Public Benefit - (18-00529949) [02018-73]

 

 

SECTION 2. This ordinance shall take effect and be in force here in after its passage and publication.

Your Committee on Pedestrian and Traffic Safety, to which were referred proposed ordinance(s) and/or order(s) to establish and/or amend Traffic Lane - Tow Zones on portions of sundry streets, begs leave to recommend that Your Honorable Body DO PASS the proposed substitute ordinance(s) and/or order(s) submitted herewith.

This recommendation was concurred in by all members of the Committee present, with no dissenting votes.
