ORDINANCE

BE IT ORDAINED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF CHICAGO:

SECTION 1. Title 17 ofthe Municipal Code ofthe City of Chicago, the Chicago Zoning Ordinance, be amended by changing all ofthe M1-2, Limited Manufacturing/Business Park District Symbols as shown on Map No. 1-J in the area bounded by:

the alley next north of and parallel to West Carroll Avenue; a line 134.58 feet west of and parallel to North Kedzie Avenue; West Carroll Avenue; a line 394.36 feet west of and parallel to North Kedzie Avenue; the alley next south of and parallel to West Carroll Avenue; and North Homan Avenue,

to those of a the RT4, Residential Two-Flat Townhouse and Multi-Unit District.
