BE IT ORDAINED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF CHICAGO:

SECTION 1. Pursuant to Section 3-12-050 of the Municipal Code of Chicago,

Guadualupe T. Arguello is hereby entitled to a Fifty Dollar ($50.00) Senior Citizen Sewer Charge. Refund for the premises located at 4815 W. Roscoe St. Apt. 2S.

SECTION 2. This ordinance shall take effect upon its passage and publication.
