Dazarine Woods, as Special Administrator of the Estate of Melvin C. Woods, Jr., Deceased, and Dazarine Woods, Individually v. City of Chicago and Detention Aide Darrin West, cited as 16 C 1671 (U.S. Dist. Ct. N.D. 111.) in the amount of $840,000.
