SUBSTIIUTE ORDINANCE

 

BE IT ORDAINED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF CHICAGO:

SECTION 1. Section 9-64-110 of the Municipal Code of Chicago is hereby amended by adding the language underscored, and by deleting the language struck through, as follows:

9-64-110 Parking prohibited - Roadways, sidewalks, bridges and similar locations.

It shall be unlawful to stand or park any vehicle in any of the following places:

(a)    LU     On the roadway side of any vehicle stopped or parked at the edge or curb

of a street outside of the Central Business District:

(2)     On the roadway side of anv vehicle stopped or parked at the edge or curb

of a street within the Central Business District, except for streets within the 25th Ward that are

part of the Central Business District:

SECTION 2. Section 9-100-020 of the Municipal Code of Chicago is hereby amended by adding the language underscored as follows:

9-100-020 Violation - Penalty.
