ORDINANCE

BE IT ORDAINED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF CHICAGO:

SECTION 1. The Chicago Zoning Ordinance, be amended by changing all ofthe C1-3, Neighborhood Commercial District symbols and indications as shown on Map No. 1-1 in the area bound by:

A line 250 feet south of and parallel to West Ohio Street; North Western Avenue; West Grand Avenue; North Artesian Avenue; the alley next north of West Grand Avenue; and the alley next west of and parallel to North Western Avenue,

to those of an C1-2, Neighborhood Commercial District.

SECTION 2. This ordinance shall be effective after its passage and publication.
