ORDINANCE

BE IT ORDAINED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF CHICAGO:

SECTION 1. The Chicago Zoning Ordinance, be amended by changing all of PD 1191, Business Planned Development symbols and indications as shown on Map No. 2-F in the area bound by:

a line 123.2 feet south of and parallel to West Jackson Boulevard; a point 123.2 feet south of and parallel to West Jackson Boulevard and 26 feet east of the east line of the alley next west of South Clinton Street; a diagonal line from the last described point traveling southeasterly to a point 175 feet south of West Jackson Boulevard and 24 feet west of South Clinton Street; a line 175 feet south of parallel to West Jackson Boulevard; South Clinton Street, a line 250 feet south of parallel to West Jackson Boulevard; and the alley next west of South Clinton Street,

to those of a DX-7, Downtown Mixed-Use District.

SECTION 2. This ordinance shall be effective after its passage and publication.
