BE IT ORDAINED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF CHICAGO:


SECTION 1: On behalf of the City of Chicago as Licensor, the Commissioner of the Department of Fleet and Facility Management is authorized to execute a License Agreement with Reborn Community Church, as Licensee, for use of 17 parking spaces within a City-owned parking lot located at 3928-36 West Wilcox Street; such License Agreement to be approved as to form and legality by the Corporation Counsel in substantially the following form:

LICENSE AGREEMENT

THIS LICENSE (the "Agreement") is made and entered into this day of
, 2018, by and between, THE CITY OF CHICAGO, an Illinois municipal
corporation and home rule unit of government (herein referred to as "Licensor" or "City") and REBORN COMMUNITY CHURCH, an Illinois not-for-profit corporation (hereinafter referred to as "Licensee").

RECITALS

WHEREAS, Licensor is the owner of an approximately 22,659 square foot parcel that is improved with a parking lot containing 39 parking spaces that serves the Legler Branch of the Chicago Public Library, located at 3928-36 West Wilcox Street, Chicago, Illinois (PINs 16-14-102-020 / -021 / -022 / -023, the "Parking Lot"); and

WHEREAS, Licensor has determined that the Parking Lot is not fully utilized; and

WHEREAS, Licensee is seeking off-site parking to serve its operations located at 4002 West Wilcox Street; and
