ORDINANCE 1

BE IT ORDAINED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF CHICAGO:

SECTION 1: That the Chicago Zoning Ordinance be amended by changing all of the B3-2 Community Shopping District symbols and indications as shown on Map 2-M in the area bounded by:

West Madison Street; a line approximately 122.60 feet east of and parallel to South Mayfield Avenue; the alley next south of and parallel to West Madison Street; and a line approximately 97.6 feet east of and parallel to South Mayfield Avenue

to those of a C1 -2 Neighborhood Commercial District and a corresponding use district is hereby established.

SECTION 2: This Ordinance shall be in full force and effect from and after its passage and due publication.
