BE IT ORDAINED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF CHICAGO:


Section 1:


The ordinance passed by the City Council of the City of Chicago for SUBWAY on 04/30/2014, and printed upon page 79948 ofthe Journal of Proceedings of the City of Chicago is here by Amended by deleting the words

"three (3) signs

Two (2) at thirteen point four two (13.42) feet in length, three point six six (3.66) feet in height and twelve (12) feet above grade level.
the sum of ($700.00) per annum in advance." and inserting in their place the words 'one (1) sign
the sum of ($100.00) per annum in advance."


Section 2:

This ordinance Amendment shall be in effect upon its passage.

The applicant referenced above has requested the use of the public right-of-way for a sign(s). An ordinance has been prepared by the Department of Business Affairs and Consumer Protection - Small Business Center - Public Way Use Unit for presentation to the City Council.
