BE IT ORDAINED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF CHICAGO:

SECTION 1. That the Commissioner of Transportation is hereby authorized and directed to install and/or amend Marked Police Vehicles Signs at the below listed locations:

WARD                     MISCELLANEOUS:

27                     201-231 South Wood Street; Marked Police Vehicles Only, Monday through Friday,

8:00am to 5:00pm [02018-3878]

SECTION 2. This ordinance shall take effect and be in force here in after its passage and publication.

Your Committee on Pedestrian and Traffic Safety to which were referred the proposed miscellaneous ordinance(s) and/or order(s) to establish and/or amend Marked Police Vehicles Signs on portions of sundry streets, begs leave to recommend that Your Honorable Body DO PASS the proposed substitute ordinance(s) and/or order(s) transmitted herewith.

This recommendation was concurred in by all members of the Committee present, with no dissenting votes.
