BE IT ORDAINED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF CHICAGO:
SECTION 1. That an ordinance passed by the City Council on June 22, 2016, establishing a disabled loading zone in a designated area, be and the same is hereby amended by striking therefrom, the following [page 26642 of the Journal of Proceedings]:
"North Kedzie Avenue No. 4054, on the west side of the street, from
a point 26 feet south of West Belle Plaine Avenue to a point 26 feet south thereof - no parking disabled loading zone - 7:00 A.M. to 7:00 P.M. - Monday through Sunday (16-02315845)
NO PARKING - DISABLED LOADING ZONE - PUBLIC BENEFIT."

And inserting in lieu thereof
"North Kedzie Avenue No. 4054, on the west side of the street, from
a point 26 feet south of West Belle Plaine Avenue to the first alley south of West Belle Plaine Avenue - all days and times
NO PARKING - DISABLED LOADING ZONE - PUBLIC BENEFIT."

SECTION 2. This ordinance shall take effect and be in force upon its passage and publication.
