BE IT ORDAINED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF CHICAGO:


Section 1:


The ordinance passed by the City Council of the City of Chicago for THE OPTIMA CHICAGO on 04/18/2018, and printed upon page 76753 of the Journal of Proceedings of the City of Chicago is here by Amended by deleting the words "sixteen (16) feet in length; total of one hundred forty-four (144) square feet; Seating Capacity 24" and inserting in their place the words "twenty-one point sixty seven (21.67) feet in length; total of one hundred ninety-five point zero three (195.03) square feet; Seating Capacity 28"


Section 2:

This ordinance Amendment shall be in effect upon its passage.

The applicant referenced above has requested the use of the public right-of-way for a sidewalk cafe(s). An ordinance has been prepared by the Department of Business Affairs and Consumer Protection - Small Business Center - Public Way Use Unit for presentation to the City Council. Because this request was made for properties located in your ward, as approved by you as per the attached, 1 respectfully request that you introduce the attached ordinance at the next City Council meeting.
