BE IT ORDAINED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF CHICAGO:

SECTION 1. Title 17 of the Municipal Code of Chicago, the Chicago Zoning Ordinance, is hereby amended by changing all the RS3 Residential Single-Unit (Detached House) District symbols and indications as shown on Map No.l-G in the area bounded by


a line 294 feet north of and parallel to West Huron Street; North Elizabeth Street; a line 270 feet north of and parallel to West Huron Street; and the alley next west of and parallel to North Elizabeth Street,

to those of a RT4 Residential Two-Flat, Townhouse and Multi-Unit District is hereby established in the area above described.

SECTION2. This ordinance shall be in force and effect from and after its passage and due publication.

In accordance with the Amendment to the Chicago Zoning Code enacted by the City Council, Section 17-13-0107-A, please be informed that on or about May 1, 2018, I, the undersigned, intend to file an application for a change in zoning from an RS-3 Residential Single-Unit District to an RT-4 Residential Two-Flat, Townhouse, and Multi-Unit District, on behalf of the Applicant and Owner, Iluminus Development, LLC, for the property located at 728 North Elizabeth Avenue, Chicago, Illinois.

The Applicant is seeking a zoning change to permit a new three-story (with basement) residential building, with two (2) dwelling units.
