ORDINANCE
ILLINOIS INSTITUTE OF TECHNOLOGY Acct. No. 63395 - 8 Permit No. 1131697

Be It Ordained by the City Council of the City of Chicago:
SECTION 1 Permission and authority are hereby given and granted to ILLINOIS INSTITUTE OF TECHNOLOGY, upon the terms and subject to the conditions of this ordinance to maintain and use, as now constructed, four (4) Tunnel(s) under the public right-of-way adjacent to its premises known as 3100-3400 S. State St.
Said Tunnel at W. 33rd Street measure(s):
An existing foot passage and pipe tunnel, containing steam pipes, electrical conduits and other equipment located under and across West 33rd Street, one hundred eighty (180) feet west of the west line of South State Street connecting the properties of the grantee on both sides of said location. Said tunnel shall be six (6) feet in width sixty-six (66) feet in length and eight (8) feet, two (2) inches in height for a total of three hundred ninety-six (396) square feet.
Said tunnel at S. State Street measure(s):

An existing steam pipe tunnel located under and across South State Street from the east line to the west line thereof immediately north of the north line of West 34th Street. Existing tunnel shall be five (5) feet in width, one hundred thirty (130) feet in length for a total of six hundred fifty (650) square feet used for heating purposes.

Said tunnel at S. State Street measure(s):
An existing steam pipe tunnel located under and across South State Street from the east line to the west line therof immediately south of the south line of West 32nd Street. Existing tunnel shall be five (5) feet in width, one hundred thirty (130) feet in length and seven (7) feet in height for a total of six hundred fifty (650) square feet used for heating purposes.
Said tunnel at W. 31st Street measure(s):
An existing steam pipe tunnel under and across West 31st Street located three hundred (300) feet west of the centerline of South State Street to be used for the purpose of supplying steam he...
