Be It Ordained by the City Council of the City of Chicago:
SECTION 1. Permission and authority are hereby given and granted to 330 N. HALSTED, LLC, upon the terms and subject to the conditions of this ordinance to construct, install, maintain and use thirteen (13) Caisson(s) under the public right-of-way adjacent to its premises known as 810 W. Wayman St
Said Caisson(s) at N. Green Street measure(s):
Two(2)atten point two five (10.25) feet in length, and two point eight three (2.83) feet in width fora total of fifty-eight point zero two (58.02) square feet.
One (1) at twelve (12) feet in length, and two point five eight (2.58) feet in width for a total of thirty point nine six (30.96) square feet.
One (1) at ten point five eight (10.58) feet in length, and two point zero eight (2.08) feet in width fora total of twenty-two point zero one (22.01) square feet.
One (1) at seven point three three (7.33) feet in length, and one point zero eight (1.08) foot in width for a total of seven point nine two (7.92) square feet.
Said Caisson(s) at W. Wayman Street measure(s):
One (1) at eleven point four two (11.42) feet in length, and three point two five (3.25) feet in width for a total of thirty-seven point one two (37.12) square feet.
One (1) at fifteen point three three (15.33) feet in length, and four point eight three (4.83) feet in width for a total of seventy-four point zero four (74.04) square feet.
One (1) at fourteen point zero eight (14.08) feet in length, and four point two five (4.25) feet in width for a total of fifty-nine point eight four (59.84) square feet.
One (1) at fourteen point five (14.5) feet in length, and four point three three (4.33) feet in width fora total of sixty-two point seven nine (62.79) square feet.
One (1) at fourteen point four two (14.42) feet in length, and four point two five (4.25) feet in width fora total of sixty-one point two nine (61.29) square feet.
One (1) at fourteen point two five (14.25) feet in length, and four point eight three (4.83) feet in width for a total of sixty-eight point eight three (68.83) square feet.
One (1) at fourteen point zero eight (14.08) feet in length, and four (4) feet in width fora total of fifty-six point three two (56.32) square feet.
One (1) at fourteen point two five (14.25) feet in length, and four point zero eight (4.08) feet in width for a total of fifty-eight point one four (58.14) square feet.
The location of said privilege shall be as shown on prints kept on file with the Department of Business Affairs and Consumer Protection and the Office of the City Clerk.
Said privilege shall be constructed in accordance with plans and specifications approved by the Department of Planning and Development and Department of Transportation (Office of Underground Coordination).
This grant of privilege in the public way shall be subject to the provisions of Section 10-28-015 and all other required provisions of the Municipal Code of Chicago.
The grantee shall pay to the City of Chicago as compensation for the privilege #1132672 herein granted the sum of four hundred eighty-eight ($488.00) per annum in advance.
A 25% penalty will be added for payments received after due date.
The permit holder agrees to hold the City of Chicago harmless for any damage, relocation or replacement costs associated with damage, relocation or removal of private property caused by the City performing work in the public way.
