BE IT ORDAINED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF CHICAGO:

SECTION 1.   That the Commissioner of Transportation is hereby authorized and directed to install and/or amend Ecuadorian Consulate Parking Only Signs at the below listed locations:

WARD MISCELLANEOUS:

42                     North Wabash Avenue (west side) from a point 20 feet south of East Lake Street to a

point 20 feet south thereof; No Parking, Ecuadorian Consulate Parking Only, All Times, All Days -- (18-00910958) [02018-1278]

SECTION 2. This ordinance shall take effect and be in force here in after its passage and publication.

To the President and Members of the City Council:

Your Committee on Pedestrian and Traffic Safety to which were referred the proposed miscellaneous ordinance(s) and/or order(s) to establish and/or amend Consulate Parking Only Signs on portions of sundry streets, begs leave to recommend that Your Honorable Body DO PASS the proposed substitute ordinance(s) and/or order(s) transmitted herewith.

This recommendation was concurred in by all members of the Committee present, with no dissenting votes.
