BE IT ORDAINED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF CHICAGO:

Section 1. Per Section 10-20-430 ofthe Municipal code of Chicago, the Commissioner of the Department of Transportation is hereby authorized and directed to exempt 1100 West Leland Condominium Association from the provisions requiring barriers as a prerequisite to prohibit alley ingress and egress into 1100 West Leland Ave.
