CITY COUNCIL June 27, 2018

BE IT ORDAINED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF CHICAGO:

SECTION 1.       Pursuant to Section 10-20-430 ofthe Municipal Code of Chicago, the Commissioner of Transportation is hereby authorized and directed to exempt Emerald Management Inc. from the provisions requiring barriers as a prerequisite to prohibit alley ingress and/or egress to parking facilities at 341,343, 345, 347, 349 E. 43^rd St., 4307, 4309, 4311 S. Calumet Ave., and 4313 A, 4313B S. Calumet Ave., Chicago, Illinois.
