BE IT ORDAINED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF CHICAGO:

SECTION 1. The Chicago Zoning Ordinance, be amended by changing all ofthe DX-7, Downtown Mixed Use District symbols and indications as shown on Map No. 3-E in the area bound by:

a line 24.5 feet south of and parallel to East Cedar Street; the alley next east of parallel to North Rush Street; a line 49 feet south of and parallel to East Cedar Street; a line 143 feet east of the intersection at the south line of East Cedar Street and the east line of North Rush Street; a line 73.5 feet south of and parallel to East Cedar Street; and North Rush Street,

to those of a DR-3, Downtown Residential District.
