BE IT ORDAINED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF CHICAGO:

SECTION 1. That an ordinance passed by the City Council on June 28, 2017, establishing residential permit parking zones in designated areas, be and the same is hereby amended by striking therefrom, the following:

South Western Avenue                     700-799, between W. Flournoy Street and W. Polk Street, on

both sides of the street, Sunday through Saturday, at all times, Residential Parking Zone 80.

South Western Avenue                     900-999, between W. Arthington Street and W. Taylor Street,

on both sides ofthe street, Sunday through Saturday, at all times, Residential Parking Zone 80.

South Western Avenue                     1100-1199, between Fillmore Street and Roosevelt Road, on

both sides of the street, Sunday through Saturday, at all times, Residential Parking Zone 80.

Partial Removal of Existing Residential parking Zone 80.

SECTION 2. This ordinance shall take effect and be in force upon its passage and publication.
