ORDINANCE


BE IT ORDAINED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF CHICAGO:


SECTION 1. The Comptroller is directed to install parking meters on the west side of North Kenmore Avenue from West Belmont Avenue south to the first alley.
SECTION 2. Section 9-64-206 ofthe Municipal Code of Chicago is hereby amended by adding the language underscored as follows:

9-64-206 Parking meters - Hours of operation.
Notwithstanding any prior ordinance establishing different hours of operation, the hours of operation for a parking meter, except as provided by subsections (g), (h), and (i) shall be as follows:

(c) Notwithstanding subsections (a) and (b) and in addition to the hours provided in subsection (d), parking meters on the following streets shall operate according to the following day- and night-time categories:

(14) From 9:00 A.M. to 6:00 P.M., Monday through Saturday, at:

900 block of West Roscoe Street, south side of the street.
