A LINE 123.2 FEET NORTHWEST OF AND PARALLEL TO NORTH HERMITAGE AVENUE; NORTH MILWAUKEE AVENUE; NORTH HERMITAGE AVENUE; AND, THE PUBLIC ALLEY NEXT SOUTHWEST OF NORTH MILWAUKEE AVENUE.

To those of a Cl-5 Neighborhood Commercial District, and a corresponding use district is hereby established in the area above described.

Applicant seeks a Type I Map Amendment of the City of Chicago Zoning Map from the current Bl-2 District to that of a Cl-5 District for the property commonly known as 1336-42 North Milwaukee Avenue.
