SECTION 1. Title 17 ofthe Municipal Code of Chicago, the Chicago Zoning Ordinance, is hereby
amended by changing all ofthe RT-4 Residential Two-Flat, Townhouse and Multi Unit District
symbols and indications as shown on Map No. 4-G in the area bounded by
A line 75.55 feet south ofand parallel to West I9'1' Place; the alley east ofand parallel to South May Street; a line 100.55 feet south ofand parallel to West 19"' Place and South May Street
to those of a RM-5 Residential Multi-Unit District.
SECTION 2. This ordinance shall be in force and effect from and after its passage and due publication.

The applicant seeks a zoning amendment from an RT-4 Residential Two-Flat, Townhouse and Multi Unit District to an RM-5 Residential Multi-Unit District to allow for the renovation of the existing building.
