ORDINANCE

BE IT ORDAINED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF CHICAGO:

SECTION 1. The Commissioner of Transportation is directed to remove the No Parking Tow Zone on the north side of East Madison Street from North Wabash Avenue west to the first driveway and install No Parking Loading Zone in its place.

SECTION 2. This ordinance shall be in full force and effect upon passage and publication.
