DIRECT INTRODUCTION

BE IT ORDAINED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF CHICAGO,

Section 1. That the Commissioner of Transportation is hereby authorized and directed to give consideration to the closure of street traffic before and after school on South Kensington Avenue, from South Prairie Avenue to South Indiana Avenue and on South Prairie Avenue, from 11533 (alley) to South Kensington Avenue from 7:15 a.m. to 8:00 a.m. and 3:00 p.m. to 4:00 p.m. from August 20, 2018 until July 21, 2021, provided provisions of Section 9-12-040 of the City Traffic Code are fully complied with and provided school is responsible for traffic control devices (07-022867240.

Section 2. This ordinance shall take effect and be in force hereinafter its passage and publication.
