A RESOLUTION FOR PASTOR KIKELOMO ADESAYO

 

Whereas, Pastor Kikelomo Adesayo is the co-founder of Christian Fellowship For All Nations, (CFAN-Chicago), located in the Uptown Community in Chicago, which is a flourishing church that is built on sound doctrines of the Holy Scriptures, and

 

WHEREAS, She has been ministering for the past sixteen years along side her husband, Pastor Abraham Adesayo; and

 

WHEREAS, Pastor Kikelomo received a bachelor's degree in Quantity Surveying in 1991 and in May of this year (2018) she received another bachelor's degree in Christian Counseling and Psychology, and

 

WHEREAS, She is well known for her unique ability to counsel people with the wisdom of God, thereby minimizing their mountain of problems to a mole hill, and

 

WHEREAS, Pastor Kikelomo is an advocate for the less privileged not only in the church or Uptown Community but also in the country of Nigeria, and

 

WHEREAS, She a believer of natural equality and justice for all, she exemplifies this by standing up for anyone suffering or about to suffer any form of oppression, she is always standing on the side of truth even when the side may not be beneficial to her, and

 

BE IT RESOLVED, That we, Mayor Rahm Emanuel and the City Council of Chicago, gathered here this twentieth day of September, 2018 do hereby proclaim, September 24th, 2018 as Pastor Kikelomo Yetunde Adesayo Day in her honor; and

 

BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED, That a suitable copy of this resolution be prepared and presented to Pastor Kikelomo Yetunde Adesayo.
