Be It Ordained by the City Council of the City of Chicago:

SECTION 1. The ordinances amending Title 15, Chapter 20, Section 210 of the Municipal Code of Chicago regarding definition of "Fireworks" passed by the City Council on the following dates and printed in the Journal ofthe Proceedings ofthe City Council ofthe City of Chicago on: April 9, 1986, page 29169; June 29, 2005, page 52457; October 6, 2005, page 57717; September 5, 2007, page 6885; and November 8, 2012, page 38995 are hereby corrected by deleting from said pages the word: "poopers" and inserting in lieu thereof the word: "poppers".

SECTION 2. This ordinance shall take effect after its passage.
