BE IT ORDAINED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF CHICAGO:

SECTION 1. That an ordinance heretofore passed by the City Council establishing a no parking, tow zone in a designated area, be and the same is hereby amended by

striking therefrom the following: "West 51^st Street

on the north side of the street, from South Damen Avenue to South Western Avenue, 4:00 p.m. to 6:00 p.m., Monday to Friday

(NO PARKING - TOW ZONE)."

SECTION 2. This ordinance shall take effect and be in force upon its passage and

publication.
