BE IT ORDAINED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF CHICAGO:

Section 1:

The ordinance passed by the City Council ofthe City of Chicago for 125 S WACKER DRIVE PROPERTY OWNER LLC on 05/23/2018, and printed upon page 78093 ofthe Journal of Proceedings of the City of Chicago is here by Amended by deleting the words

''Eight (8) at point three three (.33) feet in length, point four two (.42) feet in width and nine (9) feet above grade level/'

and inserting in their place the words

"Eight (8) at twenty-four (24) feet seven (7) inches in length, two (2) inches in width and ten (10) feet above grade level."

Section 2:

This ordinance Amendment shall be in effect upon its passage.
