Be It Ordained by the City Council of the City of Chicago:
SECTION 1 Permission and authority are hereby given and granted to LAKESHORE EAST RETAIL LLC, upon the terms and subject to the conditions of this ordinance to maintain and use, as now constructed, twenty-five (25) Caisson(s) under the public right-of-way adjacent to its premises known as 333 E. Benton PI
Said Caisson(s) at E. Benton PI measure(s):
Twelve (12) at six point five (6.5) feet in length, and one point two five (1.25) foot in width for a total of ninety-seven point five (97.5) square feet.
One (1) at six point five (6.5) feet in length, and point two five (.25) feet in width for a total of one point six three (1.63) square feet.
Four (4) at six point five (6 5) feet in length, and two (2) feet in width for a total of fifty-two (52) square feet. One (1) at seven point five (7.5) feet in length, and two point five (2 5) feet in width for a total of eighteen point seven five (18.75) square feet.
