DIRECT INTRODUCTION

BE IT ORDAINED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF CHICAGO:

SECTION 1.   That an ordinance heretofore introduced into the City Council on July 25, 2018, establishing residential permit parking zones in designated areas, be and the same is hereby amended by striking therefrom the following:

"South Massasoit Avenue        5300 block, from 5301 to 5320 South

Massasoit Avenue, on both sides of the street, Sunday thru Saturday, at all times

Residential Permit Parking Zone 2130."

And inserting in lieu thereof

"South Massasoit Avenue        5300 block, from 5301 to 5320 South

Massasoit Avenue, on both sides of the street, Sunday thru Saturday, at all times

Residential Permit Parking Zone 2114."

SECTION 2.   This ordinance shall take effect and be in force upon its passage and publication.
