ORDINANCE
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF CHICAGO:
SECTION 1. Section 9-64-205 of the Municipal Code of Chicago is hereby amended by deleting the language struck through, as follows:

9-64-205 Parking meter rates.
Notwithstanding any prior ordinance establishing a different rate, the rates for parking in a parking meter zone or space or a City-owned lot comprised of parking meters that are controlled by the Department of Finance or subject to any concession agreement approved by the City Council for operation, maintenance, improvement, installation and removal of and collection of fees from, certain designated parking meters, shall be as follows:

(c) Except as provided in subsections (d), (e), (f)r and (g), within all areas of the City, except for the areas within the boundaries designated in subsections (a) and (b) of this section, the fee shall be $2.00 per hour.

(f) [Reserved.] For 6even hours, starting at the hour nearest to two hours prior to scheduled Stadium events, as defined by Section 4-160-110, within the area bounded by the north side of West Irving Park Road on the north, the west side of Southport Avenue on the west, tho south side of Belmont Avenue on the south, and the east 6ide of North Broadway on the east the fee shall be $4.00 per hour. At all other times the fee shall be as defined in subsection (c).


SECTION 2. Section 9-64-206 of the Municipal Code of Chicago is hereby amended by deleting the language struck through, as follows:

9-64-206 Parking meters - Hours of operation.
Notwithstanding any prior ordinance establishing different hours of operation, the hours of operation for a parking meter, except as provided by subsections (g)r(h}T and (i) shall be as follows:
