SUBSTITUTE ORDINANCE

 

 

BE IT ORDAINED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF CHICAGO:

 

 

SECTION 1. Title 17 of the Municipal Code of Chicago, the Chicago Zoning Ordinance, is hereby amended by changing all of the Cl-2 Neighborhood Commercial District symbols and indications as shown on Map No. 2-1 in the area bounded by

 

 

West Fifth Avenue; a line 36.30 feet west of and parallel to south Whipple Avenue; the public alley next south of west Fifth Avenue; and a line 61.30 feet west of and parallel to south Whipple Avenue

 

 

 

to those of a RM-5 Residential Multi-Unit District.
