ORDINANCE

 

 

WHEREAS, On November 21, 2017 the City Council of the City of Chicago adopted the Year XLIV Community Development Block Grant Ordinance (the "Year XLIV CDBG Ordinance"); and

 

WHEREAS, The City, through its Department of Public Health ("CDPH"), desires to accept new program income funds in the amount of $1,039,000 to support Mental Health activities under the Mental Health Clinics program; now, therefore,

 

 

BE IT ORDAINED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF CHICAGO:

 

 

SECTION 1. The above recitals are expressly incorporated into and made a part of this ordinance.

 

SECTION 2. The Year XLIV CDBG Ordinance, as amended, is hereby further amended by striking the words and figures and adding the words and figures indicated in Exhibit A attached hereto.

 

SECTION 3. This ordinance shall be in full force and effect upon its passage and approval.
