ORDERED,   That the Commissioner of Transportation is hereby authorized and directed to give consideration to the establishment of a residential permit parking zone on the 3300 block of North Avers Avenue (address range 3300 through 3355) (both sides), Sunday through Saturday, during the hours of 6:00 pm through 6:00 am.
