Residential Permit Parking Zones-Amendment Committee on Pedestrian and Traffic Safety

Be It Ordained by the City Council ofthe City of Chicago:

SECTION 1. Pursuant to 9-64-090 ofthe Municipal Code of Chicago, portions ofthe below named streets are hereby designated as residential permit parking zones, for the following locations:

West Shakespeare Avenue; Amend Ordinance passed 1/13/2016, which reads: 2801 West Shakespeare Ave. (south side) between North California Avenue and the 1^st alley west thereof; Residential Permit Parking Zone 102, 4:00 p.m. to 6:00 a.m., all days, by Striking: 4:00 p.m. to 6:00 a.m. and Inserting: all times in lieu thereof

Section 2. This ordinance shall be in force and take effect upon its passage and publication.
