CITY COUNCIL October 31, 2018

BE IT ORDAINED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF CHICAGO:

SECTION 1.      Pursuant to Section 10-20-430 ofthe Municipal Code of Chicago, the Commissioner of Transportation is hereby authorized and directed to exempt South Loop Hand Carwash, Inc. from the provisions requiring barriers as a prerequisite to prohibit alley ingress and/or egress to the facility at 2009 S. Wabash Avenue, Chicago, Illinois.

SECTION 2.     This ordinance shall take effect and be in force from and after its passage and publication.
