ORDINANCE

BE IT ORDAINED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF CHICAGO:

SECTION 1. The Chicago Zoning Ordinance, be amended by changing all of the RM-5, Residential Multi-Unit District symbols and indications as shown on Map No. 10-E in the area bound by:

a line 216 feet north of and parallel to East 40^th Street; South Indiana Avenue; a line 141 feet north of and parallel to East 40^lh Street; and the alley next west of and parallel to South Indiana Avenue,

to those of a POS-2, Parks and Open Space District

SECTION 2. This ordinance shall be effective after its passage and publication.
