ORDINANCE

BE IT ORDAINED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF CHICAGO:

SECTION 1. The Chicago Zoning Ordinance, be amended by changing all ofthe RT-4, Residential Two-Flat, Townhouse, Multi-Unit District symbols and indications as shown on Map No. 9-I in the area bound by:

the alley next north of and parallel to West Addison Street; a line 133.4 feet east of and parallel to North Mozart Street; a line 50 feet north of and parallel to West Addison Street; and North Mozart Street,

to those of a RS-3, Residential Single-Unit (Detached House) District.
