ORDINANCE

BE IT ORDAINED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF CHICAGO:

SECTION 1. The Chicago Zoning Ordinance, be amended by changing all of the RS-3, Residential Single-Unit (Detached House) District symbols and indications as shown on Map No. 7-I in the area bound by:

a line 125 feet west of and parallel to North Troy Street; the alley next north of and parallel to West Diversey Avenue; a line 100 feet west of and parallel to North Troy Street; and West Diversey Avenue,

to those of a RT-4, Residential Two-Flat, Townhouse and Multi-Unit District.

SECTION 2. This ordinance shall be effective after its passage and publication.
